HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD
- Lay the cloth cover on a flat surface. Open the velcro closure of the cover.
- Insert the heating pad completely into the cover. Ensure the cord and control remain outside the cover.
- Flatten the pad inside the cover so it fills the entire space. Close the velcro securely.
- Plug the cord into any 220-volt AC electrical outlet. Set the control to the desired heat level.
⚠️ WARNING: Never use the heating pad without the cloth cover.
USING THE MOIST HEAT OPTION (FOR SELECT MODELS)
- Soak the included sponge under warm water until thoroughly saturated.
- Gently wring out excess water.
- Place the sponge on top of the heating pad and insert both into the cloth cover. Snap the cover closed.
⚠️ DANGER: Do not immerse the pad in water or place it under running water. Failure to comply may result in personal injury.
FABRIC COVER WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
- Disconnect the heating pad from the electrical outlet.
- Remove the cover from the pad.
- Machine or hand wash the cover using a mild detergent and cool water only.
- Hang the cover to dry or machine dry on a gentle, cool cycle.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- No Heat:
- Ensure the unit is unplugged from the wall outlet.
- Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or pad.
- Confirm the AC outlet is functional.
- Restart the unit by turning the control to the “Off” position, then back to the desired heat level.
- No Power:
- Ensure the pad is not folded or bunched in any area.
- Control Shuts Off:
- This unit has overheat protection.
- Wait for the unit to cool down, then restart by setting the controller to the desired heat level.
- Pad Doesn’t Get Hot Enough:
- Ensure the pad is flat, with no folds or bunches.
- Restart the unit by turning the controller to the “Off” position, then back to the desired heat level.
