Return Request Process:

• If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• To initiate a return request, kindly contact us on WhatsApp Number: 0306-1418-007 .

Return Eligibility Criteria:

• Return requests must be raised within 3-4 days for all items from the date of delivery.
• Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund.
• Exchange of the product & Parts replacement is not acceptable.
• Products purchased from other websites will not be eligible for return & warranty.
• If you change/replace the delivered product, the return & warranty will not be accept.

Digital Products:

• For Digital Products related issues after usage or after the return policy period, the product can only be claimed for repairing warranty.
• Customers are required to send the product to our address for repair, and they will be responsible for the courier charges.

Non-Returnable Items after 3-4 Days:

• Items are non-returnable after 3-4 days and can only be claimed for repair (Note: Air Mattresses, Heating Pads and Accessories are not covered in Repair warranty).

Warranty Period for Specific Categories:

• BP Apparatuses and Digital Health Monitoring Devices: 1-Year Repair Warranty from Company (Note: Hamza Surgical doesn’t repair products and this is a warranty from the brand only, we will only send the product to the company for repairing).
• Nebulizer Machines: 1-Year Repair Warranty. (Note: Portable Nebulizers such as Mesh Nebulizers are not covered in the warranty)
• Each brand may have its warranty period; for example, Omron BP apparatuses have a 3-Years Repair Warranty.

Misused or Damaged Products:

• Damaged or misused product warranty will not be acceptable.
• If we find that the product has been damaged or misused for repairing, or if the customer has attempted to repair it themselves, the warranty claim will not be accepted.

Delivery Cost

You must send the product to our office and delivery charges on both side will be paid by customer.

Valid Reasons for Return:

• Delivered product is damaged, defective, or incomplete.
• Delivered product is incorrect (wrong product/size/colour, or expired).
• Delivered product does not match the product description or picture (not as advertised).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items marked as non-returnable, including Stethoscopes, Manual Breast Pumps, Thermometers (Infrared Thermometers are not included), Mercurial/Non-Mercurical Sphygmomanometers, Aneroid Sphygmomanometers, Air Mattresses, Blankets & Heating Pads, and Health Accessories.
