The Accu-Chek SmartGuide CGM is a continuous glucose monitoring solution designed to provide real-time glucose information throughout the day and night. The wearable sensor is applied to the arm and can be worn for up to 14 days, helping users monitor glucose levels without routine daily finger-pricking.*

The SmartGuide sensor connects with the mySugr app on a compatible smartphone, allowing users to view current glucose readings, glucose trends and predictive insights. The app can also be used to keep track of insulin injections, carbohydrate intake and personal activities.

The Accu-Chek SmartGuide CGM solution goes beyond displaying current glucose readings by providing predictive glucose information through the mySugr app.

Low Glucose Predict estimates whether a low glucose event is likely within the next 30 minutes, allowing the user to take timely action.

Glucose Predict estimates general glucose development for the upcoming 2 hours, providing greater visibility into where glucose levels may be heading.

Night Low Predict estimates the risk of a night-time hypo for the upcoming hours, helping users prepare before going to sleep.

The compact wearable CGM sensor is applied to the arm and automatically measures glucose levels in real time. Each sensor can be worn for up to 14 days and communicates with the mySugr app on a compatible smartphone.

When connected to the Accu-Chek SmartGuide sensor, the mySugr app provides access to glucose readings, trends and predictive features. Users can also record information such as insulin injections, carbohydrate intake and activities to better understand how therapy and lifestyle relate to glucose levels.

Important Information

The Accu-Chek SmartGuide CGM solution is intended for adults with diabetes aged 18 years and above.

A compatible smartphone and the mySugr app are required and are not included with the sensor. Calibration is required when requested by the mySugr app. In certain situations, a blood glucose meter may still be required for self-management or therapy-related decisions. Always follow the official user manual and guidance from your healthcare professional.
