Follow these steps for accurate blood pressure measurement:

• Sit in a relaxed position with your back supported and feet flat on the ground.

• Rest for 5 minutes before measuring.

• Keep your arm at heart level on a table or armrest.

2. Positioning the Cuff

• Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, 2-3 cm above the elbow.

• Ensure the air tube is aligned with your artery on the inside of your arm.

• Secure the cuff firmly but not too tight.

3. Starting the Measurement

• Press the power button to turn on the device.

• Remain still and silent as the monitor inflates and measures your blood pressure.

4. Reading the Results

• Your blood pressure (systolic & diastolic) and pulse rate will be displayed.

• If an irregular heartbeat is detected, the Irregular Heartbeat Indicator will alert you.

5. Reviewing Saved Readings

• The device stores multiple readings for tracking.

• To view previous readings, press the memory recall button.

6. Powering Off & Storage

• The monitor automatically switches off after a short time.

• Store the device in a safe place for future use.

7. Using USB-C Power (Optional)

• The device can be powered via USB-C adapter (5V 1A, not included).

• Remove batteries when using USB power to prevent damage.

8. Troubleshooting

• Movement Error Indicator → Stay still during the measurement.
